The surrender Certificate will be issued by producing the Original Ration Card and Acknowledgement Receipt to the Department.

ஒப்புதல் சான்று ஆயத்தமான பின் எந்த ஒரு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட உறுப்பினராலும் அதனை தரவிறக்கம் செய்ய இயலும். ஒருமுறை தரவிறக்கம் செய்தபின் மறுமுறை தரவிறக்கம் செய்ய இயலாது.
Surrender Certificate will be generated and will be available for any individual to download, after Processing. Once it is downloaded, the same may not be available to download again.
